This Is What Obi-Wan Kenobi Looks Like in Disney Dreamlight Valley

A Disney Dreamlight Valley player has customized their in-game avatar to look like Obi-Wan Kenobi from the Star Wars universe. They went online to share a few screenshots of their creation, with the avatar posing at different angles to bring the resemblance to life in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

The many characters that players can interact with in Disney Dreamlight Valley all range from a variety of IPs. From the animated worlds of Pixar to the classic characters from Disney’s animated era of the 20th century, players can embark on numerous quests as they continuously unlock doors at the Dream Castle. Disney Dreamlight Valley‘s continued Early Access development from Gameloft has seen new characters added to the game. Some familiar faces have already made their way to Disney Dreamlight Valley with a few expansions, including Vanellope von Schweetz from Wreck-It Ralph and Belle from Beauty and the Beast. While characters are limited, players are free to model the in-game avatars to their liking, with one player crafting theirs after a famous Jedi from a galaxy far, far away.

Using the character creation features in Disney Dreamlight Valley, Reddit user Dreamlightnessa modeled their avatar after Obi-Wan Kenobi. The famous Jedi hero from the Star Wars universe has entered the Valley with an attire that greatly mirrors the features that the character is known for. The avatar dons a standard beige robe, encircled with a red and orange belt. To mimic Ewan McGregor’s looks, Dreamlightnessa implemented a bright beard and medium-length hairstyle. For extra measure, the player placed a freckle near the character’s left eye and a pair of goggles that rest on his head. To show the character in action, Dreamlightnessa snapped a few photos with Disney Dreamlight Valley‘s camera feature, including a couple of selfies.

The overall presentation appears to emulate Ewan McGregor’s appearances as Obi-Wan Kenobi in Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith and the Kenobi series on Disney Plus. His animated counterpart from the Clone Wars TV series also seems to have inspired some of the creative ideas in the model. While Dreamlightnessa resorted to what Disney Dreamlight Valley had to offer in terms of character creation, the comments under their Reddit post show tons of praise for the Kenobi lookalike.

Additionally, some users expressed their interest in having Star Wars characters enter the Disney Dreamlight Valley scene. Developer Gameloft currently doesn’t have plans to introduce any Star Wars characters into the mix, though players continue to voice their requests. This also includes the Marvel characters that could potentially join the club once Gameloft begins to expand the Dreamlight Valley universe in the future post-Early Access.

Disney Dreamlight Valley

Disney Dreamlight Valley offers players a mix between a life sim and an adventure game, all within the magical world of Disney! Surrounded by fan favorite characters like Wall-e and Belle, players can do quests and explore new areas to help out around town. When there isn’t an adventure going on, players can take a break by changing up their style, going fishing, cooking, crafting, and more.
The ultimate edition of the game is an especially good deal, as it includes every exclusive cosmetic item from the standard and deluxe editions, and starts players off with an extra 20,000 Moonstones.
